STAY I TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions for Stay (“Program”) is between Gaybors Group LLC (“Organization”) and registering property (“Member”). By agreeing to these terms and conditions, Member agrees to the following

1. MEMBERSHIP TIERS

Program includes the following membership tiers. Member will receive a 90 day Stay+ trial starting the date their Stay package launches.

Discount on Stay Experiences

Member must choose their Stay membership tier two weeks prior to trial ending. Should Member not choose a membership tier, Member’s Stay package will be suspended from the program until a decision is made by Member.

2. MEMBER EXPECTATIONS

Based on the Stay membership chosen, Member must meet the following requirements for influencer approvals:

Stay+: No minimum influencer approvals
Stay: Six influencer approvals every three months for a future Stay

3. PAYMENT

Stay+ Annual Membership ($1,500 annual)
Stay+ Monthly Membership ($150/month with three month commitment)
Stay Membership (free)

Members with a Stay membership who do not meet the required six influencer approvals per three month term, will be billed at the end of that term. The cost for each influencer approval not received within the term is $100 per influencer which will be billed to Member with net30 payment terms.

4. PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS

Member agrees that they will:

Honor Stay package in Stay profile
Provide Program required copy and assets for the creative brief within two weeks of Stay package launch
Advise Program of which influencers are declined/approved for a Stay within two weeks of receiving a casting sheet
Once an approved influencer's information has been submitted by Program, Member will provide influencer’s Stay confirmation number within seven days.

Member agrees that they will not:

Share and/or reproduce any information found within casting sheet outside of Member team.
Contact any influencers found in casting sheets directly without written consent from Program.
Use any influencers found in casting sheets for upcoming events and/or collaborations without written consent from Program.

5. CANCELLATION

If Member would like to cancel their membership, they will need to do so via email. Any influencers that were approved for future stays prior to the cancellation must be honored by Member
